Is it really necessary?

I get it: life sucks.

And it does.

You gotta make it NOT suck.

It isn’t easy sometimes.

I get it.

But look around you.

Get out of your head for a bit.

There’s somebody out there needing help;

somebody less fortunate than you.

It’s not necessary to signal virtue:

Just fucking do it and don’t say anything.

Pageantry is such bullshit.
